Meet our Founder
Rami Ismail
Rami Ismail is the founder of Nordic People Development, a Dubai based consultancy helping professionals grow through leadership development, executive coaching and communication training.
With a background in Corporate Communication and over a decade of international experience, Rami has worked with leaders at all levels. His clients include companies such as LEGO, Siemens and Deloitte.
Born in Denmark with Arab roots, he bridges Nordic and Middle Eastern perspectives with ease. He also hosts the podcast Leading by Example, where he interviews top leaders and creative minds, including the architect behind Dubai Opera House.
His work is grounded in trust, clarity and authenticity, combining leadership tools with deep psychological insight to help leaders communicate with confidence and lead with real impact.
